Preferred formats for drawings to Carville are:

• Auto CAD: 2D or 3D files with .dwg, . dxf or . dwf extensions.
• Autodesk Inventor: 3D files with .ipt or .iam extensions.
• General: 2D or 3D files with .jpg or .tif extensions.
• Other types: 3D files with .stp, .sat, .iges or .prt extensions.

When sending a request for quotation, please supply the following information:

• Contact name and position
• Company name and address
• E-Mail, Telephone and Fax contact details.
• Latest revision drawings of required component parts
• Component Information:
• Quantity required
• When are they required
• What is the final application
• Any other information you consider relevant
