Manifold Materials

The majority of manifolds produced by Carville are in Acrylic (PMMA). Acrylic is an inert material and has excellent optical properties allowing samples to be viewed in process. For applications requiring more aggressive chemistry or temperatures, Carville can offer manifolds in Polycarbonate (PC), Polysulphone (PSU) and Polyetherimide (PEI – Ultem).
