Plastic Fabrication

Carville has extensive experience in plastic fabrication. We produce large complex engineering components by thermoforming plastic sheet materials and fabricating them using suitable cements and bonding techniques.

Large acrylic structures measuring up to 2m x 2m have been manufactured. The integrity of the cemented joints on these structures have been verified by hydraulic testing. These tests have allowed Carville to set precise controlled fabricating processes.
