    Carville are a contract manufacturing company specialising in the manufacture of precision machined component parts in Perspex acrylic and other engineering grade plastics.

    Carville first started to produce machined Perspex acrylic components in the 1930’s. With 80 years of experience, Carville is a world leader in the precision machining of high accuracy component parts in acrylic and other engineering grade plastics.

    The Carville facility is equipped with a full compliment of modern ovens, CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. This compliment of CNC milling and turning machines allows Carville to offer our customers both conventional and diamond machining processes to achieve precision machined acrylic components and parts.

    Carville produce a wide range precision CNC machined acrylic component parts for customers though out Europe, Asia and the USA.
