Carville produces a wide range of liquid handling manifolds for use in the biotechnology sector.

These manifolds may be part of a larger system or be designed as a disposable micro-fluidic chip.

Due to the nature of reagents used in clinical chemistry and biotech applications, Carville has developed new techniques to produce manifolds in materials such as polysulphone.

Carville currently produces plastic fluidic chips with small track sizes down to 150 microns, (0.006”). These chips are used in micro-fluidic applications.
