Production Facility

The Carville production facility is located to the south of London in the historical town of Dorking in Surrey. The facility is supported by good road, rail and air links.

The manufacturing facility is equipped to produce high precision engineering component parts in plastics and other non-ferrous materials. Equipment on site includes:

• Integrated computer systems for estimating, project planning, Scheduling and invoicing
• CAD CAM systems with DNC links to equipment.
• Ovens for the heat treatment and stress relieving of materials.
• Full complement of CNC machining centres for turning and milling.
• Cleaning, polishing & finishing equipment.
• Clean room areas for assembly, finishing and inspection.
